1. Our Services

MarketingProof provides Google Ads and Meta Ads management services. We manage advertising campaigns on behalf of clients on a zero management fee basis — we only earn commission when your advertising generates revenue.

2. Zero Management Fee Model

  • No upfront fees
  • No monthly retainer
  • No percentage of ad spend
  • We earn commission only on revenue generated by your campaigns

3. Ad Account Ownership

Your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts remain in your name and under your complete control. We have access only to manage and optimize campaigns on your behalf. You can revoke our access at any time.

4. Your Budget

Your advertising budget is paid directly by you to Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. The money never passes through our accounts. You remain in full control of your budget at all times.

5. Commission and Payment

We have fixed charges for our services.

6. Minimum Engagement

We ask for a minimum engagement period of 30 days to optimize your campaigns and generate meaningful results.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 20 days written notice. Any revenue generated before cancellation is still subject to our commission.

8. Performance & Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific ROAS, conversion rates, or minimum revenue. Results depend on factors beyond our control. We commit to best practices and regular optimization.

9. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Track your own revenue and customer data
  • Pay commissions on time
  • Maintain your advertising account security
  • Ensure compliance with Google and Meta policies

10. Limitation of Liability

MarketingProof is not liable for poor campaign performance, account suspensions due to policy violations, or business losses. Our liability is limited to the commission paid in the prior 30 days.

11. Confidentiality

We will not share your business data, strategy, or customer information with third parties without your permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
