MarketingProof operates the website marketingproof.in. We provide Google Ads management, Meta Ads management and website design services.

This policy explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.

We do not ask for payment card details, bank details or any government ID through this website.

If you become a client, we manage advertising accounts on your behalf. In that case:

  • Your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts remain in your name and under your ownership
  • Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google or Meta — it does not pass through our accounts
  • We access your accounts to build, run and optimise campaigns
  • Campaign performance data belongs to you

7. Who we share information with

We share information only where it is necessary:

  • Service providers – who help us operate our web host, email provider, analytics providers and form plugin
  • Advertising platforms — Google and Meta, where you are a client and we manage your campaigns
  • Legal authorities — if we are legally required to disclose information

We do not share your details with any other business for their own marketing.

8. How long we keep your information

  • Enquiry form submissions: 12 months from your last contact with us
  • Client records: for the length of our engagement plus [CHOOSE — e.g. 7 years, to meet Indian accounting and tax record requirements. Confirm the correct period with your accountant.]
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
  • Analytics data: as per the retention setting in Google Analytics [CONFIRM YOUR SETTING — default is 14 months]

  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop sending you marketing emails
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave us
